 As well as creating maps and datavisualisations, I sometimes write scientific articles. And the last few months have been very productive, as I've completed and submitted three texts for publication! 1. The call Spatially and in all directions: methodologies, sensitive methods and geography of scientific journal Norois focused on the various issues involved in sens orial geography. With the late arrival of the ‘sensitive turn’, the call for papers noted the development of a geography of emotions, structured under the label of ‘sens orial geography’. The emergence of this new term led to question th is notion, both in terms of objectivity and scientifi city of the produced knowledge. My personal practice of sensorial cartography makes sensorial geography a logical field to explore the place of ‘emotions’ and their ‘subjectivity’. Parallèlement à ma création de cartes et data visualisations, il m’arrive aussi de rédiger des articles scientifiques. Et ces derniers mois n’ont pas été improductifs, puisque j’ai terminé et soumis à publication trois textes ! 1. L’appel Spatialement et dans tous sens : méthodologies, méthodes sensibles et géographie de la revue Norois se concentrait sur les différentes problématiques liées à la géographie sensible. À partir de l’arrivée tardive du «  sensitive turn  » en géographie, l’appel à texte constatait le développement d’une géographie des émotions, se structurant au travers du label de « géographie sensible ». L’émergence de cette nouvelle appellation conduisait les auteur·ices à questionner la notion, tant pour l’objectivité et à la scientificité des savoirs produits, que pour la « définition » de ce champ d’études et des conséquences que cette dernière impose sur la « manière de faire la recherche » en géographie.
